About the project

I helped the company build a technical roadmap, interviewed and hired software engineers, managed and worked with 3rd party technical teams. Architected the development strategy for the Q.PARTNER program. Built 160+ new API endpoints, helped with large scale data migration from MySQL to Postgres, developed two React applications (one for internal use, one for external). Established a development process.
