Once again Ripple (XRP) has had another historic day, so I thought I would create a quick tutorial to show everyone how to get started with buying Ripple (XRP) and other altcoins using Binance & Coinbase.

I have personally tripled the value that I have invested, my major investments currently are Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Tron (TRX), and Stellar Lumens (XLM). You can get all of these altcoins and more on Binance.com.

1. Create Coinbase and Binance accounts

We will use Coinbase to convert our funds into cryptocurrency. Since our purpose is to purchase altcoins like Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), and etc. I would recommend buying either Ethereum or Litecoin because they will transfer wallets quickly.

Binance is an exchange that only works with cryptocurrencies, so that means we will need to transfer from our Coinbase account to our Bianace account. They offer a wide variety of altcoins and the UI/UX is better than most other cryptocurrency exchanges.

2. Get Verified on Coinbase

I know… I know…. it takes a couple of days to get verified but I promise you it is worth it. You will be making money in no time if you just go through the process. Once you are approved then you can buy only a limited supply of currency a week. I decided to use Coinbase because the company is very trustworthy and you get your funds almost immediately.

3. Add Funds to wallet

You will now use Coinbase to add funds to your wallet. If you are using a debit/credit card then your funds will be available within a few minutes. If you are using a bank transfer it will take usually a couple of days to make your cryptocurrency available for transfer.

Stay put we are almost done, your so close to getting your hands on some Ripple (XRP) or other altcoins.

4. Get Wallet Address from Binance

Head over to Binance to get your wallet hash for the cryptocurrency you purchased. In this tutorial, I purchased $50 worth of Ethereum and will transfer those funds into Binance. Once there, click on the “Funds” tab on the top navigation. The image below should give you an example of what the page looks like.

Once you are on the funds page, look for the cryptocurrency you purchased in our case it is Ethereum. Then click on the Deposit button on the right of the table. It should expand and show you your personal Ethereum address. This works similarly if you bought other coins other then Ethereum, just make sure you get the right wallet address. COPY ADDRESS and double check to make sure everything matches.

5. Transfer Funds from Coinbase to Binance

Remember the funds you added to your wallet in step 3? We will now take those funds and transfer them into Binance. Make sure you have a copy of your wallet address. In Coinbase, head over to the accounts tab and find the currency you purchased. On the left-hand side, you will see a “SEND” button click that and a pop up should appear. Enter your wallet address, the amount of crypto you’d like to transfer and hit continue.

In about 5 minutes, head back over to Binance, hover over the funds tab and click “History” and you should see the progress of your funds being transferred.

6. Buy Ripple or other Altcoins

Once your funds have been received and verified (sometimes it can take upwards of 30 minutes) you are now ready to trade your cryptocurrency for other altcoins.

In Binance, head over to the “Exchange” tab on the top left of the website, hover over and click the advanced ( I think it is a little easier to navigate then the simple tab). On the Exchange on the top right click the currency you’d like to exchange one for the other. In our case it is XRP/ETH. Ripples tag is (XRP), Ethereum tag is ETH.

When you are ready you can select how much Ripple (XRP) you want to buy, Binance has a fast way of selecting your purchase amount in increments of 25%. Once selected push the buy button and you should be good to go. Today $50 dollars only got me 15 Ripple (XRP) when the same $50 could have been exchanged for 300+ just a few months ago. Verify your purchase has gone through by heading back to the Funds > Deposit & Withdrawl tab.

Conclusion

Now you have some Ripple and a way to get funds into the cryptocurrency market. GET EXCITED but invest wisely as what goes up sometimes comes downs :p.

There are some pretty awesome altcoins coming out, so do your research and go make some money in the cryptocurrency market where the gains are unbelievable. I would hurry because some exchanges are not allowing new signups.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out so we can help you get started making money. Also we will be doing a cryptocurrency give away to one lucky winner on our mailing list so don’t forget to sign up.

HAVE FUN AND GOOD LUCK
